Our clinicians specialize in working with the struggles and challenges that people can encounter in their own identities. KIP has a diverse team of clinicians who can identify with a number of issues that people encounter regarding their own identities, including:

Stress, Anxiety and Trauma

A number of KIP’s clinical staff work are trained in Cognitive-Behavioral treatment strategies to help you develop the skills to cope with stress and anxiety-related problems. Some of these approaches include:

  • Mindfulness for individuals, adolescents, and groups
  • Treatment for OCD, including Pure-O
  • Military/Veteran populations struggling with PTSD and trauma-related experiences (cognitive reprocessing therapy)
  • Strategies for coping with everyday stress
