Why do Gay Men Struggle with Intimacy?

It’s easy to blame Grindr, but it’s not just the apps that are holding us back from deeper connections. The truth is, gay men have a lot of defenses holding us back from deeply connecting with other people, and they are all there for very good reasons. If you are a gay man and this video speaks to you, consider joining our new therapy group called Grindr’ed Down focusing on this issue. Flyer is below, email nick@kiptherapy.com with inquiries.
